This painting featured a burrowing owl looking up towards the stars in heaven. Traditionally, red poppies symbolize death & sadness, but it this case they symbols our connection to happy memories. As a young child my Great Grandma always had poppies growing in her backyard. I would spend hours playing with the dried poppy heads, sprinkling out the seeds. Now that she has past on, poppies remind me of her love & our eternal connection to the heavens, through our loved ones.
This painting is sealed with a UV Varnish & it comes wired & ready to hang.
